! For your consideration is a Monumental Octagonal Lidded Tureen With Underplate in the Canton or Blue Canton pattern by Mottahedeh. As one can see it is beautifully decorated in a Blue Oriental design. The underplate is signed in gold "Mildred R Mottahedeh". I see little to no wear as they were carefully cabinet kept and are in very good condition. These treasures measure approximately as follows: Lidded Tureen Assembled - 8 1/2 inches highest point of finial x 12 1/4 inches longest x 9 1/4 inches widest point x 13 1/2 inches from handle to handle Underplate Signed - 15 1/4 inches longest point x 11 3/4 inches widest point x 1 1/2 inches highest point Please see our other Mottahedeh items in this pattern!
