Up for bid is a 99 year old deck of Movie Souvenir Playing Cards - 53 of the most prominent stars in filmdom. They are dated 1916 and made by the M. J. Moriarty Movie Souvenir Card Company in Cincinnati USA. The joker is Charlie Chaplin, each card has a different silent film star and the backs of the cards depict a chariot race. The cards are in excellent condition and the pictures show the minor damage to the box. The box is 2 7/8 inches wide, 3 3/4 inches tall and 7/8 of an inch thick.
