MTH 20-2178-1 Union Pacific EMD DD40AX Cab#6922 3 Rail with Protosound Like New. With original Box MTH Battery has been replaced with Nimh rechargeable 9 volt. This item was purchased by a collector years ago and kept in the box. We took it out of box and replaced the rechargeable Alkaline battery with a Nimh Rechargeable battery. These Nimh batteries will hold a charge for thousands of uses. The locomotive runs great and all features work as they should. 2 smoke units are pretty impressive and they both work great. Directional lighting and Protosounds features are all working including electrocouplers front and rear. All features are listed on the end flap which we have in our pictures. Protosound 1.0 is great when you have a good working battery. This is one of the biggest locomotive ever made. Comes with original box and owners manual.
