This is a MTH Premier O-scale 3-rail Chesapeake & Ohio 2-6-6-6 H-8 Allegheny steam locomotive, cab #1604, item number 20-3017-1 (note that this model was made in 1996 without catalog number until Dec 2010). This heavy die-cast model is equipped with Proto-Sound 1.0. This model was first released in 1996 at the listed price of $1395.This unit appears to be new and unused - the roller has no track mark. Everything looks so pristine so we skip the testing. Since it has been in storage for a long time, the rechargeable battery may go bad and the sound may not function fully. We will include a brand new MTH Proto Sound replacement battery in case you need to change the battery, simply follow the instructions in the enclosed manual.
