This is an exclusive 2004 Palisades Tour Adventure Kermit action figure in box. The reason I say this is used is because it has been out of its package on display on a shelf in an adult collector's non-smoking home. It has never been played with and barely touched and is in EXCELLENT LIKE BRAND NEW CONDITION. Has all accessories and original box. The box has a small blemish on the top where the tape held the box shut and was ripped off. Other than that the box is in great shape.
