this pedal car is as-is condition. it has heavy surface rust as shown. how this would come out when sanded down i do not know. i did not see any areas where it is rusted through. the steering and pedal mechanisms seem to be working ok. parts are missing. notice the bends in the rear and the dent along the edge. no buy it now. shipping is not to exceed $45 and any overage will be refunded. local pickup is fine and shipping is waived in this case.
