HERE WE HAVE A LICENSE PLATE TOPPER. THIS ONE FOR THE NATIONAL AUTOMOBILE CLUB. 3 1/2'' X 3 3/4'' ARROW SHAPED. IN BRILLIANT RED, WHITE, AND DARK BLUE ENAMEL. EAGLE ABOVE A CIRCLE WHICH HAS AN OUTLINE OF THE U.S.A. WITH ALL OF THE LOWER 48 STATES. HAS A CHIP IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER. A REAL NICE PIECE FROM A RARER AUTO CLUB.
