This is a very strong piece to own. It has a thick, strong, four braid of deer skin for the length of the necklace. On the braid are three separate peyote stitches of unique design. One representing the four directions; red for the east, yellow for the south, black for the west, and white for the north. The pattern on the pendant is a unique custom pattern. It is an authentic, original piece. There are dangles hanging from the pendant adding movement and beauty. This is a lovely addition to any collection to be worn with pride and can be given as a gift.
