This dandy artifact out of Massachuesetts measures ~ 2 - 3/4"L and ~ 1" in diameter. I believe it is a plummet or perhaps even an pendant. Made out of a dark green hardstone with conical drilling from either side and heavy incised lines which deliberately channel a sinew string or line of some sort toward the apex of the piece. Polished or ground silky smooth over the entire piece. No modern or ancient damage, truly an excellent specimen. Reserve is less than I paid for it, well worth every penny spent for whoever the lucky bidder is that wins the piece. Thirty day full refund if any artifact has an authenticity issue. Will ship via USPS Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation. Paypal and M.O. will ship immediately, allow 5 business days for personal checks to clear prior to shipping. Please view my other artifacts including material from archaic and paleo pieces from Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. I will gladly combine multiple items to save on shipping. Massachusetts, Mass. New England
