Hey and thank you for looking!!! I inherited a BUNCH of Original oil paintings, hand made pottery, and other works of art from my Mother, and Grandparents. This gorgeous hand made, Indian Black ware bowl was hand crafted by the very well-known MARGARET TAFOYA of the Santa Clara Pueblo. Her pottery gained Global popularity, and is seen around the World, in museums and Art Galleries. She was known as "the Matriarch of the Santa Clara Pueblo potters". Since her death on February 25, 2001, near Santa Fe, NM., her works have become even more valuable and sought-after. This is a black on black, handmade bowl, with gorgeous decorative flair. Her works are simply timeless!!! Own a real, SIGNED piece of Native Americana!! My Grandparents bought this at Santa Clara Pueblo, many years ago. (Approx. 1950's-early 70's) Thanks again and !
