Just got back from a trip to Tonopah Nevada.I had the honor of touring the Royston Mine with Dean Otteson.We picked up a lot of beautiful Royston Turquoise rough that I will be cutting and listing in the next few days.While there I was able to purchase some rough turquoise from the Blue Moon Turquoise Mine in Esmerelda County,Nevada,which is another mine that Dean owns.This material is mined in small quanities in difficult conditions making it somewhat rare.Some people consider Blue Moon Turquoise an American Classic because of its rarity and raw beauty.The combination of light blue turquoise,black chert and white/clear quartz is a knockout!This material is super hard and takes a brillant shine when polished.This cab is backed but Not stabilized.Measurments are 21x25x8mm and it weighs 30ct.Thanks for looking and God bless!!
