We nicknamed this piece "The Bird" for obvious reasons. This is only one piece in an extraordinary collection of antique Heart Pine wood resin sculptures. All naturally milled for decades by mother nature. The base is the only alteration to this natural work of art ( Birdie needed legs ). These unique sculptures started out hundreds of years ago as Southern long-leaf pine trees. Heart Pine has a distinctive but pleasant scent. The resin contained in these sculptures is flammable and care should be taken to keep away from fireplaces and similar sources of sparks or fire. Measurements: 10.5" length x 4.25 width x 7.0 Weight: 15 oz. Seller will only accept returns if item is misrepresented. Extra care will be taken in packing for safe shipping.
