Up for auction is a rather cool ship's clock with matching barometer. The dimensions of each "wheel is approximately 8.75"H, 8.75"W and 3"D. The ship's clock is in working order and chimes the appropriate "Ship's Bells". It has a German (Hermle) 8-day spring driven movement. The face on the clock does have a few scratches where you wind up the clock. The barometer is in working order as well. The brass case of both the clock/ barometer looks much better in person. They are developing a nice patina.Maker: Seth Thomas (Division of General Time Corp.), A Talley Industries Corp. Origin: Thomaston, Conn. Circa: 1960-70. There's a sticker on the back of each piece.
