Well Southern Pottery collectors this is one you don't want to miss. Up for auction is this EARLY Mark Hewitt tall pitcher. Has Mark's 1st stamp WMH on the base. Southern pottery collectors know how sought after Mark Hewitt's work is especially his early pieces. This large pitcher stands 10 3/4" tall. Has an unusual black or could be cobalt band on the outside and the same band on the inside of the pitcher. Condition, t are 2 small chips on the base edge, See picture.
