This is a NEAR MINT condition Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad cup and saucer in the Violets and Daisies pattern produced by Syracuse China. This cup and saucer are in near perfect condition with only a few of the lightest usage marks in the bottom of the cup and in well of the saucer and with no stacking marks on the bottom rims. T are no chips, cracks or hairlines. This cup and saucer set is backstamped with the Syracuse China name on the back of the cup and the saucer along with a manufacturer's date code of 93-A (January, 1964) on the cup and 94-C (March, 1965) on the back of the saucer. This cup and saucer set is a relatively rare, pristine and extremely beautiful piece of Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad dining car history and will make an excellent addition to your collection of Burlington Route or Violets and Daisies dining car service items.
