It comes in its ORIGINAL CASEThe pen measures 5 5/16" capped. The pen has been disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and tested.The pen is a cartridge convertor with neither included The nib of the pen is MEDIUM in size and states "Sheaffers, 14K, 585, USA".
