This is one of the best looking Lelia's you'll ever see. Either it hadn't been used much or it was immaculately taken care of. Either way, this Necchi sews extremely well for a 60 year old sewing machine.It comes with everything you see including the original booklet, some thread, needles, accessories, a twin needle, and the button hole attachment lever that works. It sews the way it is or you can put it inside of a cabinet, the cords are good and I rewired the foot pedal to reach the floor.Back in the day, Necchi's were among the best of the best sewing machines, and this beauty proves that point. It makes great stitches, and the zig-zag stitching is embroidery class, You can get them so so so tight that you would think a modern embroidery machine made them. And, this thing never misses a stitch. Pretty amazing for how old it is.I lubed up every moving part including the motor bearings, and even the bobbin winder, which I used the newly wound bobbin to sew with. Although, as with all winders, if you run the bobbin winder long enough it will release on it's own when full, there is a slight crack in the bobbin winder housing, so when the bobbin was just about full, I manually stopped the machine and released the winder.
