Here is a unique find. This is a large print of the Neil House Columbus Landmark. At the bottom it has William L. Hawkins, Born KY, July 27, 1895. I believe this is called Neil House With Chimney, thats what I've read on another art website. The print is in a heavy gold colored frame that measures 33"H x 23"W x 3/4" thick. On the back of the frame it has a newspaper clipping and a paper from the Ohio Arts Council taped on. The newspaper clipping tells about the artist and is from Feb. 20, 2000 Columbus Dispatch. This may have been purchased from the Rife Gallery. A silver label at the bottom has " The Framing Center, Columbus, Ohio." The frame has a heavy gauge wire hanger. The print and frame appear to be in wonderful condition. A great Folk Art print for a collector. Insurance is included when shipped. We charge 3.00 handling fee for the box shipped in. Thats what we pay for them. We pack very well in bubble wrap when shipped. Payment is expected within 7 days of the sale ending. Shipping days are Monday - Friday.
