Signed L. Neuquelman Paris, Made in France, the very fine Figure was handmade and handpainted. It was ititialed by the artist as shown in the photo. Lucien Neuquelman was an artist in Paris and did paintings as well. He lived from 1909 to 1988. Notice the style of clothing - definitely of the 50's era. The young person in the figurine is reading while his dog waits by. A lot of spaghetti type trim was used on his figures. His pieces are not commonly found un the US. CONDITION: Excellent and free from chips or cracks MEASUREMENT: 6 5/8" high and 7 1/4" wide VINTAGE: 1950's era My current listings are all fresh estate items.
