The compact is coverd front and back with Mother of Pearl; all pieces are intact, not cracked or broken and have a beautiful shine and luster. The compact measures 5 3/8" x 4" closed and 5 3/8 x 6 18" open. The gold wrist stap adds another 5" to the over all length when extended. This piece is in perfect condition with nothing broken or cracked, however the mirror has a slight variation in reflectability in one area. The powder pad is clean and the lipstick compartment absolutely clean. All of the teeth on the comb are present. Next to the comb is a clip for money or paper. The rear compartment has a harp like spring loaded flipper for holding additional paper etc. All latches and hinges work perfectly and the closures are tight. I am not sure when this was made, pre or post 1930, Buyer pays $6.00 shippping USA with foreign destinations quoted. Insurance at buyers option.
