NEW Riedel Crystal O 'Thumbs Up' Wine Decanter This is a N O R ESERVE auction with a L OW S TARTING B ID for a beautiful O 'Thumbs Up' Wine/Vinum Decanter from Riedel Crystal. Designed by Maximilian Riedel, the 'Thumbs Up' embodies his innovative approach to wine. This elegant, modern shape decanter features a deep punt for the thumb, allowing other fingers to cradle the base of the decanter for a secure pour. It's design provides the generous surface area that enhances the flavor and bouquet of both red and white varietals, creating the optimal environment for aeration. As a result, older wines are encouraged to achieve full clarity and true color, while young wines have a chance to open and develop. The elliptical mouth is drip-free. The hand-blown lead crystal design is approximately 9" tall and holds a 750-mL bottle of wine. Crafted in Austria. Hand wash.
