One of the plates is still in the origianl packaging, the other was taken out & used to make sure it fit properly in the plate carrier they were purchased for. US & APO/FPO shipping only; no exceptions! You may not purchase these if you are a felon or intend to commit a felony! No shipments to Connecticut. Shipping will be $18 via priority mail with insurance & signature confirmation. Military & LE personnel we are very flexible to meet your needs as we greatly appreciate your service.
