This is a nice 1 1/4 inch sepia toned celluloid inscribed, "For Trustee W. H. Swartwout", who ran for Fire Department Trustee in the Early 1900's in Kings County, Brooklyn, N.Y. Hanging from the celluloid is a blue silk ribbon with gold writing inscribed, "KINGS" for Kings County. The length is 6 inches. It is in very good condition with some wear due to age.
