DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: Very nice 1961 Proof Ben Franklin Half Dollar graded and slabbed by NGC as a PF 67 CAMEO. No toning, no spots, no marks, nice cameo of both Ben and the Bell. You don't want to miss this one. SHIPPING, INSURANCE, AND SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): - I've tried Free Shipping. It doesn't work for me. Shipping is expensive.
