It has a wide platinum band around the edge of each piece. On the band is the Ralph Lauren emblems On the back each piece is marked: Ralph Lauren, Polo Ralph Lauren 1995, Academy.Each piece measures approximately: dinner plate 10 & 1/2 inches across, salad plate 8 & 1/4 inches across, bread&butter/ dessert plate 6 & 1/2, saucer 6 inches across and a cup that measures approximately: 2 & 3/4 inches high by 1 & 3/4 inches across the base by 3 & 3/8 inches across the top.
