Please READ ALL terms before bidding!!!! Estate sale find! Up for auction is this vintage new in box Dura Craft doll house kit. This is a San Franciscan kit that comes with a shake roof, tongue and groove siding, hardwood floor, working windows, fancy silk screen panes, working doors and hardware. This includes roofing materials, gutters and downspouts. Many kits do not and you must purchase separately. House model is SF 555, it has 7 rooms, 2 stairways, and measures 43x24x20 when completed. This box has never been opened, this is a very nice pre - cut all wood kit. Item up for auction with no reserve. About me and my merchandise … I started buying and now selling back SSCs in order to complete a collection for my daughter and in the process have became quite obsessed with these little gems from my childhood. To my husband’s chagrin, I have amassed several dolls that need good homes. Many of the dolls I buy need TLC. I give them that by cleaning them, checking them over and putting clothes, hats and shoes on their naked little bodies. As these are all vintage, played with dolls (unless otherwise noted) please be aware that they will rarely be MINT. Many sellers on state that their dolls are mint, but unless they are in a package, or never played with by little hands, then they are not mint! Please read the Condition Guide for Dolls which I have attached. I try to follow this guide closely for my descriptions and will always be honest about what I am selling. I have also noted that many sellers have the wrong clothes, shoes or hats on particular dolls. I will sometimes do that if I run out of a particular shoe, but I will always try to mention it so that you know. I also want to note that sometimes I will add a pet from a later series. I often forget to mention this, so if this is a big deal to you, please ask and I will date the doll and pet for you. Also regarding pets, these little buggers often sell for more than the individual dolls are worth, which is ludicrous. So, when I find a pet damaged, I try to refurbish them with a little paint. If I repaint a pet, I will let you know. Also, pets will often have brown spots on them. It may be the VD (vinyl deterioration), but I am not sure. But I will let you know if I see it. Pricing... I try to research what other items have sold for recently and then I assess how much money I have into any given doll. With that in consideration, I then choose a starting price. I figure, why waste everyone's time starting everything at $.99 when it will inevitably go up. However, I do not believe in hidden reserve prices (I think it's stupid and illogical). I will always start somew in the middle of what I think I need to get for any given item. Now, if I am crazy with a starting price on an item, and you want me to start at a lower price, please feel free to email me. I am more than willing to lower a price in order to get the ball rolling. I would rather move merchandise than sit on an overpriced item. Customer Satisfaction ... I have had several bad experiences with sellers on and I hope to never be that person for you. If you receive something and are not satisfied, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue. If you are happy with your purchase, please leave positive feedback. Shipping... I ship most items 1-2 days after payment is received. I ship dolls in envelopes for two reasons. 1. It saves you money and 2. It’s better for the environment. Please recycle the envelope. Thank you. If I have to ship something larger, it will go in a box, obviously and then I reuse plastic packing supplies that come to me.
