This artist made several similar shaped sea turtle pots especially for Nicaceramics. Each one is unique with different colors, contrasts, and sea turtle styles. Vladimir is known for his beautiful shapes and his pots are typically heavier than others. Please research the internet to learn more about this village, its artists, and their wonderful handcrafted pottery. This vase is 8 inches tall and 5 inches wide (see the photo with the quarter coin for relative size). T are 2 sea turtles, 2 seahorses, a shark, a ray, and a fish swimming around this rich green pot. This pottery is made with natural Nicaraguan clay that is low-kiln fired and will not hold water. However, it is a great decorative piece when displayed by itself.
