This is an exquisite bracelet, seriously beautiful. It is 1996 Avon for Smithsonian and signed "Smithsonian" on the inside. It's 2 1/2 inches oblong and almost 2 inches in the depth, will fit most anyone. Has a safety catch. The piece was commissioned by the Smithsonian from Avon and is inspired by a watch that Mary Todd Lincoln wore in an official portrait goldtoned with glossy blue inlay and sparkling Austrian crystals (all t and intact).
