Up for auction is a old set of Nippon Bone China creamer and covered sugar bowl. This set is very ornate with embellished beads, gold leaf on the handles and rims. The set has pink hand painted roses, I have not seen any set this ornate and beautiful in my travels. The creamer is 3 1/2" tall and the base is 4", it has a 2 1/2" opening. The covered sugar is 4 1/2" tall (to tip of lid) 3" tall without lid, the base is 5 1/2"dia, it has a 3 1/2" opening. On the bottom is the following: NIPPON HAND PAINTED These are quality pieces and would make a great addition to any collection, to use or just to display, what a great Christmas gift for a collector. Please , as I am very careful with my descriptions and research all items. I am a collector myself and would not sell any item I deem unworthy to a fellow collector.
