PT0105Marked with what looks like an authentic Nippon mark, the mark is blue with Hand Painted Nippon Made in Japan - oops, don't think it would have both Nippon and Made in Japan if that was a real mark, hmmm. Well, it is a pretty little piece, white porcelain, bottom tier is 9 " in diameter, top dish/tray is 4 ¾" in diameter, both edged in bright gold. T are inlaid frames of pink roses intermittently arranged around the edge of each tier, trimmed out in a green frame. Lots of embellishments, gold Greek key design, more gold trim against creamy band, all make this a very pretty piece.
