TRIPLE THREAT!!!.....they say good things come in threes and this breathtaking work of art from Mr. Frank Niro proves that in spades.....this knife is simply drop dead gorgeous! At 8-3/4" when open this beautiful linerlock creates an imposing presence and a brilliant display piece. The triple theme is evident in the amazing 3-3/4" dagger pattern blade of three bar composite mosaic damascus from the wizard Robert Eggerling. The one damascus bar perfectly positioned down the centre line flanked by different dramatic bars on each side. Etched then blued, Niro brings out the sharp high definition patterns in this steel. A custom turned and colored 416 thumbstud is fileworked and inset with a cognac diamond gem stone. The bolster of Eggerling's amazing "Quilt pattern" mosaic damascus receives the same etching and bluing with equally impressive results. Take a close look and you with find Eggerling's "RE" initials as part of the pattern. Now talk about triple gorgeous......the stunning sculpted handle is made up of three pearls starting with irridescent mother of pearl (wish my photos could show the shimmering colors in this material) that is fluted taking a "V" shaped inlay of mosaic Abalone which in turn accepts an inlay of gold lip pearl.....amazing stuff!
