Scarce pair of early stampless covers from NJ dated 1845 and 1847. 1845 cover has Mar., 25 Freehold, NJ black cds and manuscript '10'. 1847 cover has red Mr., 10 Newark, NJ cds with double circle '5' also in red. Newark cover is written and signed by then N.J. Senator, Frederick Theodore Frelinghuysen. This early N.J. cover lot would make great gift for the collector or investor.
