Up for sale is a Norland (movement no. 15) mantel clock. Made in England. It is a 8 day with 3 train movement and has dual chimes (Westminster and Whittington) with 'silent' option. The clock come complete with pendulum but is currently not in proper working condition. The clock is ticking (with very right level, a penny coin) and keeps good time. Quarterly chiming (tune) mechanism is working fine but not great. Hourly striking is not working. So it needs service (overhaul). A great mantel piece by Norland (not much produced) as Norland might be a small outfit clock company. And this clock has No. 15 movement which I think an early one from them. No key but can get easily from ebay. The case got good structure but half of decoration (refer photo) was broken. Convex glass in great condition with no crack or ship. Any question please ask. I will try to answer up to my knowledge which not really great about the clock. Cash on collection is preferred but I will try to pack it as best as I can. Will sent with courier at buyer own risk. Must bare in mind that no courier company will cover an antique stuff except antique courier company.
