Shipping & Handling Information WeSell takes packaging and shipping very seriously. Products are packaged by our WeSell shipping director. Understandably, items carry a nominal handling charge. We use the handling charge to cover our shipping department cost, packaging materials, fuel charges , boxes and labels. Breakable items MUST be insured. Shipping discounts apply for multiple purchases. Inquire for world wide shipping costs. We have a daily pickup with UPS and USPS Shipments are sent out on Tuesday's and Thursdays. UPS or Priority Mail will be used unless otherwise noted in item description. If an item is needed rush, please advise and we will do our best to ship upon receipt of payment. ALL items are available for FREE PICK UP! We take a great deal of pride in our packaging, as noted in our feedback. But no matter how hard we try, nothing is safe from the brutal handling of some delivery carriers. Tfore we CAN NOT be held responsible for loss or breakage on uninsured items. Feedback Policy We work very hard to provide exceptional service to our customers and hope that you will be delighted with the merchandise in our auctions. However, if you are disappointed for any reason, please contact us before leaving feedback in order to give us the opportunity to resolve your issue. We view neutral feedback as negative feedback. Previously WeSell left buyer feedback immediately upon receipt of payment. Unfortunately a few bad seeds have forced us to revise that policy. Feedback is now posted upon receipt of Feedback and both parties are completely satisfied. Return Information All returns must be authorized by WeSell. WeSell MUST be notifed within 3 days of receipt of defective merchandise. Return of defective items will be at the expense of WeSell including full refund of bid price and shipping fees. Proof of defect or damage will be required before refunds are made. If you decide you do not want an item, it may be returned at buyers expense and a credit will be issued (for the cost of the auction item only) towards your next purchase from WeSell.
