Hi, this is a brand new Farm Horse Black and White Pinto Shire Horse figurine made by North Light @ Wade England. This piece was only removed from the box to take the picture. It will be shipped to you in it's original box which will be put into a second box for shipping. This is piece # P1198 and is a China made piece. He has a matte finish.He measures about 6.5"x 8.5". He is made out of a resin and porcelain mix. Tfore this is a breakable item and is not intended to be a toy. He could still perhaps be shown in model horse shows, but I have never actually shown before so I can not say for sure if he would be LSQ or not. I feel the detail is quite good on him however and he is pretty nice if that means anything. The description in the catalog for this guy says....We have ultimately to thank the Vikings for these and other types of great horses, it seems, for the Vikings, the great Northern invaders, needed to get some plowing done quickly between invasions, and their own farm horses were too slow at the plow, they put their war horses to work.
