NOS Mullard IEC GZ34 / 5AR4 Rectifier Tube w/ Box Up for auction is this beautiful NOS Mullard IEC GZ34/ 5AR4 tube rectifier. The tube is from Great Britain and carry's the code F32 B5A3 indicating further that it was made at the Blackburn Plant, in England. This tube has plates with the four serrations, dual getter, and has the identifying hole in the key pin at the bottom of the tube. I have tested this tube in my Hickok 600A and it measured 2500 in the green on each side. I have also listened to this tube in my Audio Research Reference 2 Preamp and it was awesome in contributing to bass response and musical dynamics.. One additional benefit of buying a Blackburn-manufactured Mullard of this vintage is that they last about forever. This is quality rectification for your tube amp, be it stereo gear or vintage guitar amp. I use vintage Mullard in my Audio Research Reference 2 and my Fender Tweed Bassman amp and I would never change them again in either. The box is original, has a small peel area from some tape removal, and one flap is taped. I only accept PayPal. Winning bidder pays for all shipping. and you will know that I stand behind satisfying YOU, the Customer!
