A document of 16 pages measuring 210 x 135mm issued to convey instructions to railway staff relating to the visit of The Queen and Prince Phillip on Friday 3rd July 1953. The document is marked "PRIVATE, For the use of the staff concerned only", and lists clear and concise instructions for the safe passage of the Royals travelling from Lisburn to Lisahally and return from Londonderry (Waterside) to Belfast or Larne Harbour. Every aspect of the journey appears covered to ensure no incidents occurred.
