This nice Oak Hoosier Cabinet is in good original condition. It is in 2 pieces - top and bottom unit. The units are not attached. It was my Mothers which she purchased in the 1970s to decorate our 1900 Farmhouse. It was first used in the kitchen/dining area, then moved to the living room as a TV Cabinet. T is a place w the metal tag was on the back upper cabinet, but the tag is missing (see photo). Not sure of brand name, but door latches state "HOOSIER Feb 22, 1910". We have stored it in our dry basement after moving out of the old farmhouse. This cabinet retains original hardware with the exception of two door catches. This cabinet features the door for top load flour bin (bin not included), the original door latches dated Feb 22, 1910, 2 GLASS DOORS, 4 CUP HOLDER HOOKS, door mount SPICE UTILITY SHELF, original metal work surface, 4 UTILITY HOOKS, CUTTING BOARD, DIVIDED SILVERWARE DRAWER, BREAD DRAWER (no lid), ROLLING PIN HOLDER, 4 WHEELS WHICH ARE WORKING, and please note the scalloped top and bottom of this cabinet, Beautiful!!! All of the wood is original to the cabinet. Please note that the horizontal wood on the top of lower door has a horizontal crack along the top on left hand side. T is also a drawer that has been removed from inside, but is included that goes in the bottom unit (see photos). Will just need to be nailed back in. This was removed to fit our TV in the bottom unit. Very sturdy, having held a TV. T are holes drilled in the back of the cabinet in order to vent the TV and for cords. But holes are not in the oak, just the plywood on the back. I am sure it can replaced. This cabinet measures approx. 67"H X 40"W x 29"D. Pick Up Only. Please Pay via Paypal within 48 hours.
I can help with loading on a truck, however I cannot provide any ropes, blankets, or tie downs. Please feel free to email me with any questions.**Spelling Correction: "This cabinet retains original hardware with the exception of two door catches." Should Read: "This cabinet retains original hardware with the exception of PART OF two door LATCHES." The front oval part of the latch is fine on both, but one latch is missing the back part it attaches to, and another latch the back part it hooks to is broken. Please see photos #7 & 8. Photo #7 has the full latch, #8 is missing the back part of the latch. ** T is one door CATCH on the top part of cabinet, I am not sure how many came on the cabinet. Sorry. Hope this answers any questions you may have.
