Escutcheon sustains light chipping around the keyhole and very minor loss to the inlay on the bottom especially the cover`s front left corner. Underside sustains a large split that spans the entire depth of the box. Inside fittings sustain overall medium to heavy wear, fading to the pigment, and loss to the fabric. Lining of the cover`s inside is loose and worn.
