Ignore the bike obviously! Auction house tell me this is 1920s - 1930s. This is a solid good quality piece of furniture which deserves a good home. It is a good size sofa, long enough to lie on and surprisingly comfy when covered in cushions. I will let the buyer have the horse hair type pad that is cut to size. I just pile it high with a quilt etc and it's a great bench for next to a table. I used it for years as such. Along time ago the plywood base had a glass of water spilt (hence the mark) no effect on quality of structure. It has casters, I have wooden caster holders (you can see on photo) VERY reluctant sale as it just doesn't suit my new home.
