The Philosophical Evangel b y Dr. Basile Agapon. Author: Provincial Grand Master of the HBL. Published :1901 . Translated from the French by Dr. P. Davidson. Condition : Hardback book and pages are in excellent condition with beautiful pictures. Only the front and back cover has some slight wear due to age, but this does not hinder the binding or pages at all. The pictures in the book are still brilliantly clear. Additional Publishing: This book was recently reprinted in 2009 and 2010 by Kessinger publishing. The ISBN number for the reprinted book is: 978110452276. The current price of the 2009 reprint is $50.00. Price: This first edition 1901 book is extremely rare. New Editions. In 2009 this book was published and then had a second printing a year later. The publication of the book in 2009 was a violation of Federal copy write infringement law. This book used in Colleges and the Chaldean will be confiscated per Federal law. This book along with two others will be all that remain of the original. This book was translated from the French into English by Dr. Peter Davidson in 1901.
