NO CRACKS, NO CHIPS.Theres only some old dust and dirt spots in the "Inside" of the glass area which was accumulated through its 60 plus years of age, and it can be easily cleaned if lamp is taken apart so the inside can be cleaned, I personally just wanted to leave this glass lamp in its original unaltered vintage condition.It's up to the new owner to leave the glass as is, or clean the inside of the glass themself.Lamp is in good working order...Remember: This is a vintage lamp and normal vintage wear and aging is present on all the metal areas of this lamp due to its 60 plus years of vintage age.
