SHIPPING SCHEDULE The post office picks up Monday through Saturday. Most orders processed within 1 business day. IN STORE PICK UP Yes, you may pick up your items in store at 3104 W. Cary St. Richmond VA 23221. PLEASE EMAIL AHEAD OF TIME. You can call us at , but email will guarantee that we pull your item on time. Ebay has no alert feature to tell me that a sold item is an in store pick up, if you don't call or email. I won't know your are coming. Please pay for your auction when you pick it up. We do not have an option to invoice you on ebay with free shipping as a choice. There is a single $1.50 handling charge for a pick up order, no matter how many items you buy. Ebay is changing the way Buy It Now and Fixed price listings work. These items will remain on sale until paid for. Unfortuantely there is no way I have to not charge shipping for an in store pick up when you pay instantly and once you pay shipping your item will likely get shipped. The only work around I can come up is for you call us at when you want to do a Buy It Now or Fixed Price listing and we'll do what we can. It may come down to paying shipping and we refund it. If you pay shipping and don't call it will likely get shipped. Sorry about all this but there is nothing I can do. COMBINED SHIPPING Yes, we will combine shipping. The process should now be automated, especially for Buy it Now and Fixed Price Listings. RETURN POLICY All returns must be authorized in advance. If there is a problem, talk to me. Most of the things we sell are box damaged items. I'm experienced at this but I don't have x-ray vision. We sell thousands of these items each year and 99.9% of them are just fine inside. Rarely there will be internal damage but, OUR ITEMS ARE GUARANTEED. This means we will take them back for refund or replacement if there is an issue. Please keep in mind, if something is missing or damaged from your board game, most of the time, the manufacturer will replace damaged or missing pieces for free. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship worldwide. WE WILL NOT FALSFIFY CUSTOMS FORMS . We will NOT mark your merchandise as a gift. Doing this is a violation of international law. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS!!! Items or groups of items above $50 USD and/or over 4 pounds must be shipped via Priority Mail International. There are no other options currently available . First Class International Mail and Priority Mail Flat-rate does NOT have tracking. Custom forms are automatically completed for us. Once our Post Office picks the items up and scans them, the items are not trackable. We know they are trying to give us a cheaper option for tracking but it is currently unavailable unless you pay Priority Mail non-flat rates at the minimum. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all customs, duties, taxes etc. We ship by US Post Office. The shipping we have listed in the auction IS the cheapest we can ship the item. For items over 4 pounds, Priority Mail International is the cheapest service available. We have no control over what the post office charges.
