This was a promotional item from the early in the run of the TV show.The mouse features a 'fishbowl' with liquid and floating tokens that feature the faces of 5 of the main characters (Michael, Dwight, Jim, Pam and Ryan)This is NOT a USB mouse, but has a PS/2 connection.The box does have damage to one corner and has been taped to keep from splitting further (see photo)
