Primitive Wooden Egg Holder Box Yes, we will gladly combine shipping charges on multiple items whenever possible! Yes, we will ship internationally! Please see photos below for larger views. Dates to about late 1800's - early 1900's. Up for sale is this unusual and beautiful Primitive wooden Egg Box / holder. It will hold and display up to 14 Small - Large eggs. (This would be a great prim display for Easter eggs or golf balls!) It will probably hold those little tea lights! (Ya know the ones that look like they were made in those little ruffly tart pans.) This makes for a beautiful lit display with the lights down low for the holidays or special occasions! Each egg hole measures on average about 1 1/4" across and looks to be handcarved. It has a wonderful old black paint all over! It reminds me of an Windsor chair black. It is a wonderful shape that will fold up for easy moving! It measures 15" long and 4 1/4" wide when fully opened. It is in good condition! It does have some very minor light wear, but it is still very solid and nothing that will effect the use or display of this wonderful piece.
