you have a wonderful lot of two antique brass hardware curtain tiebacks. Discovered during the clean out of a local estate. Measure about 3 3/4" wide X 2 1/2" tall X 1 1/2" deep. Small miniature portrait of woman on each tieback measures about 3/4" in diameter. I believe the mini portraits are hand painted. Viewed under magnification, portraits are done in a stipple technique. I also detect some crazing in surface which suggests that the portraits have been painted. Hardware is unmarked. Maker unknown. Patina and wear consistent with age and use. Very good condition. Selling " as found ". NO RESERVE. Ideal for the collector. Thanks for looking.
