Up for auction is this old nodder/bobber of a Canadian Mounty writing a ticket. I'm not sure of the composition but It looks like plaster. The hat is felted paper or fabric to look like leather. His head and coat both bobble. Has realistic features The works are metal and wood hand painted Measures 9.5" tall upper torso is in very good condition with two tiny paint chip/nic on each shoulder. The lower torso has a chip and hairline crack that is hidden by his coat. The nodder works great. T is a small decal on his coat with a banner that reads Montreal Canada with a Maple leaf.
