Old Coat of Arms Sterling Plate Lion Eagle Cross Castle ° NR Fresh From a Fabulous South Florida Estate! No Reserve, Ever! We have (1) Sterling Silver plate made by an unknown maker. The outer rim of the plate has (15) different Coat of Arms. We were unable to identify them but believe they could be either German or a combination of various European provinces. T are double headed eagles, crosses, lions, castles, boats, mountains and other various symbols on the Coat of Arms. The front of the plate is monogrammed with fancy letters 'NHJ' and the back is monogrammed with 'Mrs. William J Hall, August 24, 1957'. Date: Mid 20th Century Signed: [? mark], 0925 Measures: 3/4 " High, 12 3/4 " Diameter Total Weight: 17.2 Troy Ounces (535 Grams) Condition: Very Good. It could use some polishing. One of the crowns which connect the lion tales between the coat of arms is missing. T are light surface marks from usage. Please view all the photos below as part of the description.
