Beautiful old dark blue Native American trade bead -- 3 layers. I was told this was a Venetian Nueva Cadiz Bead, Dutch made. About 1.25 inches long. Has some flea bites at the ends. Circa:Early 1800s-Late 1800s. I am not a trade bead expert. I just bought what I liked. I never used it for any of my creations, so it's time for it to move on.
