This Auction is for a Vintage Unusual Style Oak Frame Beveled Edge Wall Mirror from England. This mirror is quite old and is also very pretty. It has "wavy glass" when you look at it, especially from the sides. The silvering is good but it does have a very few dark spots and blemishes on the silvering due to it's age. To me, these dark spots help define the true age of this mirror and I would put that age from 80 to 90 years old if not older. The Patina is a wonderful warm Honey Oak. We only sale Vintage items & mirrors, not reproductions. What an entry mirror this would make! It could also serve over the mantle as well as in a bathroom. One thing is for sure, You would want it w everyone coming into your home could see it!! Overall it's 32 1/4" long" X 20 1/4" wide". The beveled mirror is 28 1/2" long" X 16 5/8" wide. It has mounts & wire attached and is ready to hang. It also still has the old style wall mounts on the back. By simply repositioning the rear mounts you could hang this mirror either way. The size makes it a very versatile piece. This little jewel would enhance your home and could be a splendid conversation piece to add to your den, bedroom, foyer, bath or game room!
